Amazfit Helio Ring Overview
The Amazfit Helio Ring price in Kenya is KShs 20,500. It is a screen-free sleep and recovery wearable for people who want to keep their overnight information in the Zepp app. It can work on its own or alongside an Amazfit watch such as the Amazfit Balance, letting you use a watch for exercise and a ring for more discreet overnight wear.
Three sizes, one titanium finish
This listing offers Size 8, Size 10 and Size 12 in Titanium Color. These are three different fits, not three performance editions. Use Amazfit’s ring-specific fitting guidance before choosing; do not round up or down simply because your usual jewellery size is unavailable. The sensors need consistent skin contact, and an uncomfortable ring is unlikely to stay on through the night.
Amazfit’s published size chart gives finger circumferences of 60.3mm for Size 8, 66mm for Size 10 and 71.3mm for Size 12. Treat those as fitting references and test the intended finger when possible. Read the official Helio Ring size chart and specifications. If none of these sizes fits, compare the broader size selection on Ultrahuman Ring AIR rather than accepting a loose or overly tight ring.
Recovery information in context
Sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and temperature trends help build a picture of recovery. Readiness information is most useful when you wear the ring consistently and compare your own pattern over time. A demanding training week, irregular sleep or travel can make that context more useful than a single morning score.
The ring does not show workout data on a screen or replace a GPS sports watch. Phone-led workout functions and Zepp integration are different from carrying onboard route maps or navigation. Choose Helio primarily for discreet tracking and the Zepp ecosystem; use a watch when live pace, route recording and workout controls are the main requirement.
Android, iPhone and subscriptions
Helio Ring syncs through Zepp on compatible Android and iPhone devices. You do not need to own an Amazfit watch. Amazfit states that access to the ring’s core features requires no subscription; check any separately offered app service before subscribing rather than assuming every future service is included. See Amazfit’s subscription guidance.
Battery, charging and included items
The box contains the selected ring, its wireless charger and an instruction manual. Amazfit quotes up to four days of battery life and approximately one hour forty minutes for charging. Plan charging before bedtime so an empty battery does not interrupt the period you most want to record. Actual endurance varies with settings and use.
The titanium-alloy design and 10 ATM rating suit everyday wear within the manufacturer’s care limits. The rating is not a claim that you can dive to 100 metres. Keep the ring and charger clean and dry before charging, and remove the ring if gripping weights or equipment makes it uncomfortable. Wellness readings support personal trends rather than medical diagnosis.
