The PlayStation 5 Slim (Pre-owned) price in Kenya is Price range: KShs 74,250 through KShs 95,288. This used PS5 Slim gives you the PS5 game library, fast SSD loading and DualSense features in Sony’s smaller console design. It suits a buyer who wants current-generation PlayStation gaming and is comfortable choosing a previously owned unit by its condition and package. Compare the new PlayStation 5 Slim alongside it: the useful comparison is the exact edition, storage, controller count and warranty, rather than the console name alone.
The 1TB Disc Edition reads compatible physical PS5 and PS4 games and also supports digital purchases. It is the more flexible used-console choice if you already own discs, borrow games or buy second-hand game copies. A physical game normally needs its disc inserted while playing, even after installation.
Digital Edition is supplied without a drive and suits purchases tied to your own PlayStation account. This listing includes 825GB and 1TB Digital options. Unlike the original PS5 Digital chassis, Slim supports Sony’s compatible optional disc drive; initial pairing requires internet. A generic USB DVD or Blu-ray reader is not a substitute.
The catalogue offers 1TB Disc and Digital configurations with one controller, plus an 825GB Digital option. The listed two-controller packages are 1TB Disc and 825GB Digital. These choices affect storage and local multiplayer convenience; they do not change the core PS5 graphics platform.
A second DualSense is useful for supported football, fighting and cooperative games. It does not add multiplayer to a single-player title, and a two-controller package does not imply a game, charging dock or subscription. The 1TB capacity leaves more initial room than 825GB, although system software reserves part of either drive.
Pre-owned, used and second-hand describe previous ownership. Cosmetic marks and controller wear can differ between individual units, so ask for the condition of the console you will receive rather than treating catalogue photographs as a condition grade. Check the casing, HDMI connection, controller sticks and buttons, and disc loading on a Disc Edition.
Refurbished describes additional work performed on a unit; ex-UK describes its sourcing history. Neither term alone establishes a cosmetic grade, replacement parts or manufacturer certification. Confirm those details for the actual unit instead of assuming every used PS5 has the same history. This listing carries a six-month NextBuy warranty; the NextBuy warranty policy explains the applicable coverage.
The console supports PS5 software and a large selection of PS4 games. PS4 discs require a disc-capable configuration, while digital purchases require the owning account. Save transfers and upgrades to PS5 versions depend on the game and are not automatically included with the hardware.
Use your own account when setting up a second-hand console. Games left installed by a previous owner are not proof that you own the licence, and this listing does not promise transferred accounts or paid-game entitlements. Allow time and data for updates, downloads and signing in. Most paid-game online multiplayer requires PlayStation Plus; some free-to-play titles are exceptions.
Supported games offer 4K output or high-frame-rate modes up to 120fps, depending on the title, settings and television. This is not a promise that every game runs at native 4K and 120fps together. A compatible 120Hz display and HDMI connection are needed to benefit from supported high-frame-rate modes.
DualSense haptic feedback and adaptive triggers add game-specific effects. For a used controller, physical condition and battery endurance matter alongside those capabilities. The Slim chassis changes size and layout rather than turning the console into a PS5 Pro. If physical size is less important, compare the original PS5 pre-owned against the games and accessories you need.
A compatible M.2 SSD can expand storage for playing PS5 games. USB extended storage can archive PS5 installations for transfer back and run supported PS4 games, but it does not run PS5 games directly. Game sizes and updates vary, so no fixed number of installed games is promised for either capacity.
Place the console with adequate ventilation and use the correct supports for its orientation. A vertical stand is a separate accessory unless specifically included in your package. Sony’s official PS5 setup guide covers connection and positioning. The product video shows the model’s original design, not the cosmetic condition or retail packaging of an individual pre-owned unit.

No. This is a pre-owned, previously used console. Compare the separate new PS5 Slim listing if you require a new unit.
Those terms describe refurbishment work or sourcing history, not just previous ownership. Confirm the actual unit’s history; this listing does not imply manufacturer-certified refurbishment.
Choose Disc Edition for compatible PS5 and PS4 discs. Digital Edition has no drive supplied.
Yes, Sony’s compatible detachable Slim disc drive can be added separately. Internet is required for pairing; a generic USB reader will not work.
1TB provides more nominal internal storage. Part of either capacity is reserved for system use, and core PS5 gaming performance is unchanged.
The selected package includes one or two controllers as named. Check the exact edition and storage combination rather than assuming every option has two.
No paid-game or account entitlement is promised. Use your own account; installed software alone does not transfer ownership of its licence.
The product lists six months of NextBuy warranty. Refer to NextBuy’s warranty terms for coverage and exclusions.
It supports a large selection of PS4 titles. Disc copies need a drive and digital copies need the owning account; compatibility and upgrades vary by game.
No. Resolution and frame rate depend on the game, mode and display. Supported 120fps modes need a suitable 120Hz screen and connection.
Yes, a compatible M.2 SSD can expand playable PS5 storage. USB storage can archive PS5 games but cannot play them directly.
A vertical stand is not promised by these controller-package names. Confirm any separately supplied stand and use the correct supports.
Wear varies between used units. Ask for the actual casing and controller condition, and confirm functionality and any disclosed repairs before purchase.
Many paid games require it for online multiplayer. Offline games and some free-to-play online titles do not; check the game’s requirements.
NextBuy pre-owned warranty for eligible hardware faults. Coverage and exclusions are confirmed for the specific unit at purchase.
