Delivery Within Nairobi
NextBuy offers same-day delivery within Nairobi for available products.
Most Nairobi orders can be delivered in approximately 1 hour after the order, payment where applicable, delivery address and contact details have been confirmed.

- Courier or rider availability
We will provide the most appropriate delivery estimate when confirming your order.
Delivery Outside Nairobi
NextBuy delivers to towns and locations across Kenya using established courier and transport providers.
Orders outside Nairobi are generally delivered the next day, although some locations may require additional transit time.
We may use services such as Fargo Courier, Wells Fargo, or another suitable courier or transport provider depending on the destination.
If you prefer a particular courier or transport service, you may request it and we will accommodate the request where practical.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated separately and may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight and dimensions
- Courier or transport provider
- Urgency
- Special handling requirements
Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated before dispatch.
Payment & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched after the necessary order details have been confirmed.
For Nairobi orders, payment on delivery may be available where applicable.
For orders being shipped outside Nairobi, payment is required before dispatch unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed with NextBuy.

For deliveries without online tracking, you may contact us for assistance with the status of your order.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our direct control, including:

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
